What is your mask policy / COVID-19 safety measures?
CSV,conf strives to provide a safe and healthy environment for our community. This list of COVID-19 safety measures are intended to take care of all our members and allow participation, making our event more safe and accessible.
Vaccination
We strongly recommend that all participants have received all recommended doses of the primary Covid-19 vaccination and applicable boosters to protect themselves from risk of serious illness.
Face Coverings
We require that all participants wear face coverings in indoor public spaces during the conference while not actively eating or drinking, or presenting on stage, to protect themselves and others from risk of serious illness.
Face coverings must:
Completely cover the nose and mouth.
Be a well-fitting KN95 mask, N95 mask, or a disposable surgical mask.
Be secured to the head with ties, ear loops, or elastic bands that go behind the head.
Fit snugly over the nose, mouth, and chin with no large gaps on the outside of the face.
Be a solid piece of material without slits, exhalation valves, visible holes, punctures, or other openings.
We encourage attendees to bring sufficient masks to last for the duration of the conference. However, we will also make available additional masks by request.

You are committed to:
Practicing respiratory etiquette: use a mask when indoors, and in any other situations as possible, and covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
Exercising good hygiene, such as frequently washing or sanitizing your hands.
Staying up to date with Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters.
Practicing social distancing.
You will not attend CSV,Conf if any of the following apply to you:
You have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed therequired time for discontinuing isolation.
You are experiencing symptoms consistent with Covid-19.

Vacunación
